Front of House Services.

Butler, Silver, Plated, Family, Buffet service ask4staff.com are pleased to offer trained staff in all the disciplines.w4u.com are committed to "delivering staffing excellence" and  have a stringent training and assessment process to which all new staff are obliged to complete and pass prior to being aloud to joint the w4u.com team. Based on the NVQ awards training consists of short modular training sessions culminating in an on the job assessment with selected key clients.

 

Back of House Services.

Signature, Executive, Head, Commis Chefs Porters, distribution, wash-up kitchen assistants available at short notice. Back of House staff are probably the most underrated in the industry and yet are the most vital to ensuring that the job is done, all Working 4 You Limited's back of house teams are trained in all aspects of Back of House duties, including stills room, pot and plate wash, back of house set up and operation. At W4U the catering team understand the importance of a fast and efficient set up and break down and have experienced supervisors and managers who work with the teams to ensure the smooth running of your back of house.
